Hopee's new mullet & Hannah's generous donation

I have a very funny story to share. Wednesday morning, Hannah waited until I was in the shower to get the child safety, scissors out of the craft drawer and cut Hope's beautiful, long, blonde hair into a mullet. Apparently, Hope didn't need much persuasion. Hannah just asked if she wanted to play hair dresser. We had an appointment today to get the girls' hair cut. Chad and I decided that if Hope had to get her hair cut then Hannah in solidarity should, too. The hair dresser did her best to keep most of Hope's length but it is now a shorter layered cut. Hannah had 8 inches cut off and now has a nice shoulder length bob. We have decided to donate it to Pantene's Beautiful Lengths http://www.pantene.com/en-US/PanteneBeautifulLengths/Pages/default.aspx. An organization that donates hair to those who have lost theirs due to illness (very similar to Locks of Love). So we're starting this school year with short hair and full hearts.
